National MSME Day Celebrated in Kollam

Kollam, June 27, 2025:The District Industries Centre, Kollam successfully organized a vibrant celebration of National MSME Day at the Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA) Hall, Kollam. The event highlighted the importance of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in regional development and innovation.

The program was inaugurated by Hon’ble District Collector, Shri. N. Devidas IAS, who commended the efforts of the District Industries Centre in promoting entrepreneurship across the district. In his keynote address, he emphasized the significance of supporting new ventures and strengthening the local economy through well-structured programs and capacity-building initiatives.

“The District Industries Centre is playing a commendable role in encouraging startups and providing essential support services to entrepreneurs. Their continuous efforts in organizing capacity-building programs are highly appreciated,” said the District Collector.
